About Ocean Sewage Alliance
The mission of the Ocean Sewage Alliance is to eliminate sewage and wastewater pollution from our ocean and waterways, advancing equitable and holistic actions that benefit people and nature.
We aim to achieve our mission by collaborating across sectors, synthesizing and sharing knowledge, developing solutions, and raising awareness.
As a member of our Steering Committee, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to creating lasting change. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in steering our efforts, shaping our strategies, and enhancing our ability to keep sewage out of our ocean. We have an incredible group of members who are passionate about the ocean, equity, coastal communities, corals, and everything that touches the water. You can read more about them here.
Ocean Sewage Alliance leads this movement through research, building the case for action, and organizing action from local, regional, and global decision-makers in the interest of the communities they impact. Ocean Sewage Alliance’s greatest strength comes from our ability to take on campaigns and issues where the scope is larger than one individual organization and where we can help groups across our alliance learn from the experience of others.
